Signs And Prevent Premature Aging

Premature aging for women is an issue that is very disturbing, especially for women who have stepped on the age of 30 years. Many factors that cause premature aging of factors intrinsic and extrinsic factors.

  1. Perform regular cleaning face, other than that use facial cleansers and toners that match your skin type.
  2. Use moisturizer to prevent dehydration of the skin. Use a moisturizer containing lissome (water bearer in the skin), AHA 2-5%, Chamomile Extract, Lipo amino acid, the active substances such as vitamins A and C, Nitroglycerin and Zarathustra.
  3. Protect your skin from the sun with sunscreen.
  4. Do your facial peeling once a week and use a face mask  2 -3 times a week.   

Tips For Using Face Masks

Since the first lady already familiar with the mask. Content in it is usually composed of minerals, vitamins, or extract a refreshing fruit. Face masks have many functions according to its kind.
