Signs Of Premature Aging Skin

Parent's for sure! But if you look old because of premature aging is not necessarily love. Ideally, old appearance with age or younger appearance of age. Then it recognize the signs of premature aging are most visible.Several factors either the environment or from within can make a person look older than his age that makes the signs of aging appear earlier.
The signs of aging are generally most easily found on the face and skin. Things that contribute greatly to the signs of premature aging is free radicals that can come from sun exposure, stress and environmental pollution."One of the first signs of premature aging of the skin there are no longer looks shiny and is usually accompanied by other signs," says Eric Braverman of Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York, as quoted by Forbes.com, Thursday (8 / 12/2011).



The following are the signs of premature aging is seen that:

1. The appearance of wrinkles in the eye

2. Spots or black spots

3. The skin becomes rough and dry

Several things can be done to prevent premature aging such as exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, having a healthy diet (containing omega-3 fatty acids and low in saturated fat), eating lots of fruits and vegetables, nuts and grain.
